Ready for immediate cruising throughout Washington, Canada and Alaska - this 1971 Chris-Craft 31 Flybridge Sedan is a fantastic example of the Commander hull shape!

"Caledonia" has had few owners since new. The current owner had it for many years, sold it and then just bought it back 3 years ago. Recent upgrades include: recent bottom paint, engine service, new Vulcan anchor, custom Dark Horse anchor rode - chain plus rode totaling 290 feet. New sea strainers were added, new dripless shaft seals, new cutlass bearings, new winter canvas for pilothouse windscreen and cockpit railing.

Caledonia sleeps 6 in the forward V-berth, convertible dinette and pilothouse bunkbed settee.

The boat has an Espar 17,000 BTU diesel hot water forced air furnace with dedicated 11.5 gallon diesel tank.

The boat has a Norcold AC/DC marine refrigerator, Blue Seas AC panel and 120v wiring, a galvanic isolator, 50 foot 30 amp shore power cable, Microwave and Keurig coffeemaker.

There is a Halon fire suppression system in the engine room. Twin gas Chris-Craft 327Q FWC engines with remanufactured Chevy 350 marine long blocks.

Engine hours - Port 1000 hours, Starboard 1100 hours - both since full rebuilds

Fuel: two 80 gallon aluminum tanks totaling 160 gallons

Fresh water: 55 gallons in a custom stainless steel tank

Holding: 28 gallons

Caldedonia has a solid fiberglass modified V hull with hard chines.

The gelcoat is in spectacular condition due to the annual detailing the careful and precise owners have employed. The boat was kept in a boathouse for 20 years.

The boat is currently located in Port Hadlock and the existing slip may be assumable by the new owner.
