The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey (SO) 45.2 was one of Jeanneau's best selling and best sailing offshore performance cruiser between 1997 and 2003.  We've had the privilege of listing and selling a number of these great performing sailboats and were fortunate to have sold this boat to its current owners.  The current owners are experienced boat owners with high level of experience in yacht maintenance.  Many updates/upgrades over the 12 year ownership.  Puelche has been actively sailed yearly since acquisition in 2013.  Comfortable 3 Cabin 3 Head layout makes a perfect platform for onboard ASA or US Sailing offshore training classes.  The owners of Puelche have instructed onboard ASA offshore cruising classes for a number of years, mixed with their personal cruising up to Alaska and back.  Puelche has a full inventory of gear for turn key charter/ASA instruction, included with the vessel at no additional cost.  

UPDATES/UPGRADES:

• 6/24.- Installed new Alternator, serviced bilge pump. 2438 hrs. 
• 5/24.- Replaced fresh water filter, Installed a new Raymarine wind mast machine, replaced engine starting battery.  2420 hrs.
• 4/24.-Por15 treatment of keel, cutlass brg support and bow thruster, bottom painted with Pettit Trinidad 75, buff and wax hull. Installed new prop and shaft zincs. 2410 hrs.
• 8/23.-Replace raw water impeller. 2352 hrs.
• 8/23.- Replace Diesel Fuel Injection, rebuild injectors. 2310 hrs.
• 7/23.- Oil and filter change, serviced air filter, replaced Yanmar and Racor fuel filters. 2258 hrs.
• 7/23.- Replaced bilge pump, upgraded unit. 2215 hrs.
• 6/23.- Installed Re-manufactured Kenzaki transmission, replaced the damper disk. 2182 hrs.
• 5/23.-Bottom cleaned, prop and shaft zinc replaced, 2145 hrs. All zincs replacement and bottom cleaned approx. every 6 months
• 4/23.- Installed 300 watts solar panels with controller and display. 2138 hrs.
• 4/22 - Some line clutches replaced.
• 4/22 - New Running Rigging - Main, Jib, Spin, Mainsheet, Jib Sheets, Spin sheets
• 8/22 - Replaced engine start battery AGM.
• 8/22.- LOF, Replaced Bow Thruster batteries. 2033 hrs.
• 4/22.- Installed new Raritan 12 gal hot water tank, replaced prop and shaft zincs. 1797 hrs
• 3/21 - Installed new AGM house batteries (4)
• 11/21.-Replaced rear engine main seal, new dumper plate, replaced exhaust system rubber hose.Replaced all 4 house batteries, AGM group 31. 1792 hrs.
• 8/20.- Replaced starter motor. 1286 hrs. 7/20.- Replaced alternator, installed charging relay. 1286 hrs.
• 12/19.- Upgraded to 2009 4JH4-TE Yanmar engine, new engine mounts, Volvo prop shaft seal and all fluids. 1105 hrs.  
• 2015 Sidepower Bow Thruster
• 2015 Iverson Dodger and Bimini and connector. 
• 2015 Dinghy davits.
• Sails - Annually pulled off and taken to sail loft for service.  Good Condition.  Good shape and batten pockets good.
