The 2012 Sense 43, 2 cabins, brings all the advantages of catamarans unto a monohull. There are large ports for a nearly undisturbed line of sight below, to give you the feeling of not being “below”. The cockpit and main cabin are perfectly married, with only three steps to get inside, and great accommodations for daily living. They are very innovative, comfortable, and make great entertaining boats.
The cockpit has been dropped down to both protect your guests from the wind and also provide great visibility for the helmsperson; to starboard there is a U-shaped seating with a table that drops down to turn the seats into a full-size daybed; lines are run hidden through the coach roof, directly to the winches and the ends can be tucked away in a great line compartment. No more lines everywhere in the cockpit. Finally, the transom opens fully with lift up helm seats, for a completely open access to the water. Cruising on a monohull has never been more comfortable.
