"Breakaway" is ready for just that with a cockpit that seats 7 and a good amount of fore deck she has the feel of a 40 footer. The center of the cockpit is a table that folds in or out as well as has storage. The port side has a lift up seat that offers a nice large sky light for the guest stateroom. There are cushions for the seats and a great healing chair on each side aft. The Helm is nicely equipped with all Raymarine GPS/Chartplotter, wind speed and direction, depth meter and Autopilot. A VHF,  radio . Above the helm is a new Bimini with 400 watts of Solar Panels wired to a charge controller for proper distribution. The fore deck is well laid out with a schaefer roller furling and a 135 Genoa. The bow sprit is a forked one to house two different anchors for its windlass with all fresh chain 60' and 300' of rode. The following is just a short list of recent upgrades;  NEW Standing rigging  and running rigging in 2018, New Ullman furling main and new lifelines. This boat is dialed!!!

The Main salon is quite large with galley to starboard having cold plate refrigeration, gimbal stove, double s/s sinks, Hot and cold water (6 gallon hot water tank) and great storage. To port is the chart table with electrical panel and other gauges. Aft of that is the guest strm with a double berth and skylight. The engine is accessed here as well as the stairs. There are AGM Trojan Batteries, charger and 400 watts of solar all connected with charge controller for proper draw, All new in 2023. Going forward is a settee to stbd and a dinette to port. Forward is the head with full stall shower and a well maintained non smelling system! The master is forward with a queen centerline. This vessel is not your ordinary Catalina, her owner has kept her in incredible shape with constant attention to maintenance. She has to be the nicest one around!!!
