Hunter 410
US$ 99,000US
The 410, was marketed as an offshore cruiser, and apparently is striking a chord with customers, certainly those looking for value. 410 presents a sleeker, lower profile reminiscent of Thursday’s Child, a 60-footer that company founder Warren Luhrs sailed on a record-breaking trip from New York to San Francisco.
The bow is nearly plum; entry angle is 14°. The sheer line is straighter, though this model shares the same rounded stern profile as her sisters, a characteristic accentuated by a rubrail around the hull that conceals the hull-deck joint. Freeboard at maximum beam is 50″. Long, slender black ports on the cabin side and narrow recessed ports near the bow produce the illusion of forward movement. New Moon has been moored in fresh water the past 10 years by the original owner.

Catalina 315
US$ 166,528.80CA
Nordlys is an excellent example of the stalwart 315 and has spent roughly half her life in fresh water. We have recently taken her in trade as her owners moved on to a larger sailboat. Lots of features and she is in very good condition and a recent survey is available for serious inquiries.
The Catalina 315 and all 5 Series yachts evolved by taking advantage of many of the proven and robust construction details included with all their larger models from the recent past. However there were many innovations that defined all 5 Series Catalina yachts.
She has just come to our dock and we will be providing further photos and details shortly.
Beautiful ultra leather mixed with teak, you'll feel right at home aboard this boat. There's a furnace, battery monitor and two fridges. Spring mattresses are a delight and there's large hatches above both cabin berths.
Two big house batteries and a separate dedicated start battery. A battery monitor allows you to keep tabs on what's left in the bank!
Furling mainsail and jib, factory dodger and bimini with macrolon polycarbonate panels for excellent visibility. She's got a folding steering wheel at the back end and a wonderful anchor windlass and extended anchor roller at the pointy end.
Raymarine chart plotter at the helm along with speed, depth, wind instruments and an autopilot.

An exceptional high-end catamaran
The Outremer 5X is the flagship of the Outremer shipyard. An exceptional sailboat, capable of exceptional speeds while offering unequalled safety and comfort. Sleek, fast, comfortable, reassuring, the Outremer 5X has been able to satisfy the most demanding sailors. She represents the very essence of Outremers’ know-how and experience.
Despite her size, the 5X is designed to be easily sailed by a short-handed crew. The small displacement, the controlled sail area will allow you to handle your 5X with two people in all circumstances. With excellent visibility, and all the maneuvers led back to the helm station, no need for an additional seasoned crewman!
Famous interior designer Franck Darnet has drawn an interior with obvious harmony, through fluid layouts. Materials and colors are of course fully customizable, you will be able to define the atmosphere that suits you. Fine essences or veneers, lacquered furniture and soft foams, mottled fabrics, there will only be limits to your imagination to design the boat of your dreams.
The Outremer 5X is equipped with no less than 4 helm stations (two steering wheels, and two tillers) for an exceptional steering feel and increased adaptability.
From a wheel steering, maneuvers within easy reach, or comfortably installed in an ergonomic seat, the carbon tiller as a natural extension of your hand, you will keep control of the boat with a short-handed crew in all circumstances.

Custom Bruce King
US$ 180,823.80CA
25 years ago Ferenc Màtè, author of the International Best-Seller, "The World's Best Sailboats Vol 1 & 2" was in search of a new boat. His final choices were a Hinckley or a Swan, but at a chance encounter in a remote BC cove, Màtè fell in love with the stunningly elegant, beautiful and fast 41 foot custom ketch that world-acclaimed naval architect Bruce King designed for himself. That boat, "Warm Rain II" is now available. For those wanting the very finest of craftsmanship. Be ready to turn heads and accept endless compliments with the most beautiful boat in any harbour. She is now back in the water after spending a cosy Winter in a heated shop where her Shipwright/Caretaker meticulously refinished the exterior brightwork and teak decks. The finished result is spectacular. Her cold molded hull of Port Orford Cedar was completed by Master Shipwright, Jim McClelland and is paired with the finest of finishing materials. Further interior refinements have been completed by the skilled crew at Jespersen Boat Builders. A 2020 survey reports: "This is an exceptional execution of a beautiful classic design from the board of a well known designer. The interior is well planned and cabinetry is of superb quality......the vessel does not show its age." A modern underbody (fin keel, spade rudder with skeg) provides for great performance with directional stability. Fitted with new Main and Genoa, "Warm Rain II" is ready for inspection by appointment only, please.

A traditional yacht for the purist with a modern under-body that gives surprising performance under sail. Elegant wineglass transom and clipper bow add to the pure delight of Warm Rain's form and function.
Cold molded with 5 layers of 1/4" Port Orford Cedar / glassed over
Teak decks
General Arrangement:
Forward there is a chain locker and V-Berth with bureau and hanging locker to starboard aft with a private head to port in the private fo'c'sle; Saloon with expansion settee/berth with shelves and cupboards outboard and galley to starboard aft; companionway to aft stateroom. The aft stateroom has a double berth starboard; navigation station and cupboards to port, vanity and head forward. The cockpit has long low coamings with bench seating and deep port and starboard lockers.
A lavish interior that has to be seen, much improved upon over the years by renowned crew at Jespersen Boat Builders. Noted on Jespersen's website: "She came to our yard for restyling of much of her interior. The woodwork comprised putting solid ash on the counters of the galley, settee areas, and chart table. A new fiddle akin to one used on the sister ship, "Mentor" was added and seven lift out raised panels were built as the seat backs in the settee area. The chart table was also modified in keeping with this theme. All trim and panels are of teak. On a second visit, a cockpit table of teak was built and secured to the mizzen mast. Also, two hatches were redesigned, incorporating bronze rimmed, round and oval deadlights." Beautiful cabinetry provides deluxe storage throughout. Dickinson propane 4 burner stove and oven, Grunert refrigeration / freezer. Sleeps 6 in style and comfort with her spacious aft stateroom and roomy V-berth, Nav station, two heads.

The galley is close at hand both to the cockpit and the salon so the chef is never far from the rest of the crew. The J/109 features the popular carbon fiber retractable bowsprit and asymmetric spinnaker system and a versatile 2-cabin interior layout with standing headroom. She is designed with a very low VCG, long waterline, and generous sailplan with the horsepower for competitive racing and stability for relaxed cruising when the racing crew is not aboard. The J/109 fits within the current J/Boat sprit range as a stable, easy-to-sail performance boat with the interior volume necessary for comfortable cruising and a great dual purpose deck layout. The sleek profile and generous sailplan give one an immediate sense of the speed potential of the J/109. The hull profile reveals a long waterline, low wetted surface and a low VCG fin keel (7 feet), designed for excellent stability when sailing short-handed. The deck/cockpit layout is a cross between the J/105 and J/120, the two J/stable-mates that clearly bracket the targeted market for the J/109. Sail handling systems follow the J philosophy of keeping things easy. Halyards and reef lines are cockpit led, mainsheet controls are within reach of the wheel, and inboard sheeting tracks permit the use of both overlapping and non-overlapping headsails. There is ample on-deck stowage, thanks to the removable transom locker, cockpit seat locker and a bow compartment large enough for both the anchor rode and the asymmetric spinnaker. The interior is European-style with two private sleeping cabins and an option for a pull-out double in the large main cabin. The L-shaped galley includes a double sink, 2-burner propane stove and a pressure water system. The nav station is a large sit-down forward-facing console with abundant space for instrument displays. The head is conveniently located aft near the companionway, providing easy access from the cockpit while underway.

A SLEEK, MODERN DESIGN.
This new member of the Lagoon family has style and a strong personality.
While keeping a family resemblance and retaining the main features of the latest generation of Lagoons, it shows us a new path: unhurried evolution, a new "organic" approach, in search of harmony between living space and man.
An elegant silhouette, flowing curves which, by virtue of a noticeable acceleration of the lines in the bows and in the new coachroof design, emphasise the powerful and dynamic nature of this new model… A VPLP design naturally, a guarantee of performance under sail!
A COSY COCKPIT, WITH SMOOTH, ELEGANT CURVES
- a single level from the aft platform to the saloon: a structural "revolution",
- entirely new ergonomics that ensure excellent use of space and ease of circulation on board,
- a large glazed door that occupies the entire width of the coachroof, and provides access to the unparalleled internal volumes.
- The suspended steps at the transom provide a whole new perception of the boat: a continuous, wide and inviting platform, worthy of a large vessel.
AN INGENIOUS DECK LAYOUT
The mast moved further aft and the self-tacking jib, a guarantee of performance under sail and ease of handling, provide the ability to bring all operations together in one place.
AN ERGONOMIC HELMING STATION
At the coachroof bulkhead, offering many advantages:direct communication between the cockpit and saloon, improved circulation, forward and aft of the helming station, direct access to the coachroof for easier access to the boom, a composite bimini with a sliding panel to ensure a good view of the sails, a closure panel or helming station safety when under way.
ACCOMODATIONS
3 or 4 double cabins … and what cabins! Island double beds for the aft cabins and beds with side access for the forward cabins, the aft cabins benefit from a bathroom with a separate shower, very large windows in the cabins offer excellent illumination and magnificent views of the surroundings, the vertical glazing in the coachroof provides saloon illumination: a well-lit, comfortable environment that is perfectly balanced between the galley and saloon areas, the U-shaped galley, fully fitted with broad work surfaces and extensive storage space, is oriented towards the external cockpit.
The attention devoted to detail and the use of the volumes make this new interior a unique and enjoyable living space.
