Sail/Cruiser "LADY SUPERFINE" is the finest example of American craftsmanship in a fast, comfortable cruiser/racer. She is the cleanest and best equipped Sabre 402 currently available. She was originally ordered with almost every option offered by Sabre, one of the world’s premier yacht builders. During construction, the owner-specified options were:  a custom mirror in the salon, VacuFlush head with fresh water, Technautics refrigeration, a Force 10 stove, a Simpson-Lawrence windlass, 4 x 110AH AGM batteries, a Link 2000 battery system, a split backstay, and a Strong sail track on the triple-spreader tapered mast. Electronics were upgraded to B&G Systems Zeus 3C in 2019.

2023 upgrades include:

  • Full replacement of standing rigging to factory spec (Rod Rigging)
  • Sandblasted and repainted mast, boom, and spreaders
  • Added new Forespar 13-24 Wisker pole
  • Added inner forestay assembly with chainplate, Dynice Dux, and Sherman Johnson lever arm tensioner
  • Replaced 4 x 110AH AGM Marine Deep-Cycle Batteries
Accommodations

"LADY SUPERFINE" has easy entry from the cockpit to the spacious and airy main salon which has 6'6" headroom. The beautiful American cherry interior with rubbed-effect varnish and teak and holly sole give her a warm nautical feel. The drop-leaf centerline table will easily seat six for meals and socializing. On the forward bulkhead is a custom mirror. The galley is efficient and well-equipped with deep double stainless steel sinks, Corian counter tops and lots of drawers and storage. To starboard is the nav station with custom built-in cabinetry for the top-of-the-line electronics systems. Forward is a large stateroom with a centerline berth, cedar-lined lockers, Corian-topped vanity with sink and hot and cold pressure water, and a settee. Deep drawers and a cedar-lined hanging locker give ample storage for personal gear. The aft cabin has a wide double berth and a full set of drawers and lockers. The head has a fully enclosed shower and a VacuFlush marine toilet.
