Congratulations to Roy Merritt on his purchase of a Beautiful Navy Blue 2008 Tartan 3700. Roy chose the CCR rig on his new Tartan 3700 for performance and safety while sailing with family and friends. Roy’s home port is Point Roberts and he bought his new boat from Tim Jorgeson at Marine Servicenter in Seattle.
