Congratulations to Randy & Nancy Romine on the purchase of their new Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 379! The Romines have owned several sail and power vesssels over the years with their most recent vessel being a Pacific Seacraft 31. Randy has always been more of a “traditional” boat nut but when he saw the new hard-chined Marc Lombard designed 379 with the HUGE twin wheel cockpit – yes 2 wheels in a 37′ boat – he suddenly embraced the modern design and performance of the 379. Randy says now, after purchasing his new boat, he cannot even look at traditional yachts with the same eye he had in the past. The 379 is so much more boat in such a compact length package and the look, style and performance the hard chine hull aft makes her unlike any boat they have owned. The Romines plan to keep their new Jeanneau 379 in Anacortes and cruise the San Juan Islands and points north.
