"Chugach" was custom built for David Rockefeller Jr 1991 "Sail Alaska" trip with Marine Servicenter. Rockefeller commissioned 4 new Jeanneau 44's with Marine Servicenter for this voyage up The Inside Passage with "Chugach" was set up as a unique 4C/2H with side bunk cabin for grandchildren that went along on the excursion.  "Chugach" was constructed with many enhancements not common in a stock Jeanneau.

Since this famous trip she has enjoyed exceptional care and ownership by her 2nd and only other owner who has taken her on fantastic Northwest cruising adventures. She is extremely clean and ready to go for the next owner to carry on this legacy.

"Chugach" is a very nice 4 cabin 2 head yacht equipped with many modern upgrades including dodger, Autohelm ST6000 autopilot, newer Garmin GPS/Chartplotter. Espar heat, and newer genoa sail.
